Contact Univera Customers:

  1. Within a day or two after their product arrives to make sure they are using the products correctly, and then check back in after one week.

  2. Every two weeks for the first month.

  3. Every month thereafter.

  4. Use three way calls whenever necessary to answer questions or provide additional validation.

It pays huge dividends to take excellent care of Univera Customers!

  • You will find that they will refer you to their friends & loved ones because you have done an excellent job of taking care of them.

  • You may wish to make them an irresistible offer when they have noticed results by asking “Do you know anyone you’d like to give the gift of optimum health to?”

  • Offer to send out free information to their loved ones on your customer’s behalf, which could move towards your customers getting their products for free and even ease them into the business.
